According to my knowledge, Larvitar evolves into Pupitar, a tough, armored Pokemon, at level 30. Later, Pupitar evolves into Tyranitar, an armored Pokemon, at level 55. Trainers can level up Larvitar by battling other Trainers or wild Pokemon, and at critical moments, they can use Rare Candy to speed up its evolution.
